You can ask us — or your school — to delete your personal data at any time.

Fastest route: contact your school

Each school controls its own student, guardian, and staff records. Ask the school administrator to handle your request in Settings → Privacy & consent, where every erasure request is logged, reviewed, and executed with an audit trail.

Ask us directly

Email mtandaolabs@gmail.com and we will forward your request to the relevant school and confirm once it is actioned. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act.

What happens next

We verify you own the account (via your login email or phone).
The school reviews the request; records the law requires it to keep (e.g. financial records) are retained and explained.
Everything else is deleted or anonymised, and the decision is recorded in the privacy ledger.
